VITM Hanoi 2019 is an annual tourism event organized by the Vietnam Tourism Association from March 27, 2019 to March 30, 2019 at the ICE Hanoi International Exhibition Center (Huu Nghi Cultural Palace, 91 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City). The theme of “green tourism” is meant to promote tourism in a sustainable manner based on environmental protection, biodiversity protection and climate change adaptation.
Implementing Plan No. 121/KH-SVHTTDL dated October 11, 2018 of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau province on the implementation of the Tourism Promotion Program of Ca Mau Province in 2019, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau Province directs the Tourism Promotion Information Center cooperates with units, businesses in tourism and travel service business in Ca Mau province to participate in Vietnam International Tourism Fair – VITM Hanoi 2019.
Vietnam International Tourism Fair has the participation of more than 710 tourism businesses from 25 countries and 47 provinces and cities. This will be an opportunity for Ca Mau tourism units and businesses to promote destinations, introduce, provide and exchange information on tourism products and services to businesses and tourists domestic and foreign.
At VITM Hanoi 2019, Ca Mau participates in a booth with a group of tourism development cooperation and cooperation partners in the western region of the Mekong Delta including the provinces of Ca Mau, Kien Giang, An Giang, Bac Lieu, Hau Giang, Soc Trang and Can Tho city to make business partners as well as domestic and foreign tourists more convenient in accessing tourism products of provinces and regions. By the images, typical products, Ca Mau tourist pavilion has impressed the visitors; members of the mission also directly consulted, provided information on tours, routes, destinations and travel services: exploring the forest tour in Dat Mui, exploring the U Minh Ha melaleuca forest ecosystem, … At the same time, the booth is also a place to meet, exchange and establish business relationships between the units, tourism and travel businesses of Ca Mau province with domestic and foreign partners.
Within the framework of VITM Hanoi 2019, the Tourism Promotion Information Center of Ca Mau Province also participates in tourism events and seminars to access new trends in the promotion, meeting and exchange of tourist information with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Tourism Promotion Centers of provinces and cities.
